What we collect and why

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message so that we can reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, discuss working together. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.

Security check

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and connection for this security purpose only.

Who processes it

Enquiries are delivered to and stored in our Microsoft 365 mailbox, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. Microsoft 365 data for this account is stored outside the United Kingdom; such transfers rely on the providers' standard data protection terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, records are kept for the period required for tax and legal purposes, normally six years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by writing to hello@maisonarkhis.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first and we will respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
